Do Colorado courts accept this certificate?
Yes. This course meets firearm safety education requirements for court orders, diversion agreements, plea deals, and probation conditions across Colorado. We provide certificates that are routinely accepted by courts statewide.
Will my probation officer accept this class?
Yes. We regularly work with probation officers throughout Colorado. If your PO needs verification or documentation, we can provide it upon request.
Do I need to bring a firearm to the class?
No. Firearms are not required for the court-ordered course. This class focuses on safety, legal responsibilities, safe storage, prohibited conduct, and responsible ownership.
How long is the class, and is it available online?
The class is typically completed in a single session. We offer flexible scheduling options, and online components may be available depending on court requirements and instructor approval.

Yes. Students who complete the class in full will receive their certificate the same day, allowing them to immediately provide proof to the court, attorney, or probation officer.
